|I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund?||Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) unworn and unwashed. The gift recipient will receive a credit towards the purchase of another MAGI item of equal value.|

What happens next?
We bill your credit card for your replacement item and ship it for free, if the return is as a result of a mistake in item, size, or color at the point of shipping. If the return is not because of a mistake at the point of shipping, we will bill your credit card for the shipping and handling fees.
As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund any difference in the purchase amount and exchanged amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
